Virtually every modern camera has this incredible feature that many photographers never use.
It’s called the ‘Back Button Focus.’
This nugget of gold first appeared on a Canon camera all the way back in 1989.
However, until recent years, it was relatively obscure and a rarely used camera feature.
Here’s the deal. Setting up your camera to focus from the back button lets you fire the camera’s shutter independent of the autofocusing mechanism.
If you photograph anything that moves… this feature can be a game-changer.
